Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Elizabeth Bogard
E. K. Bogard is a resident of Texas USA with studios in Abilene and in Placitas, New Mexico. She was born in Arkansas and educated at S.M.U. in Dallas and UTHSC in Houston, TX. After careers in advertising and performance development, Elizabeth turned to painting full time, studying collage with Maureen Brouillette, drawing with Peter Ligon, painting with Suzanne Kelly Clark, and figurative painting with Mariles Vonk in the Netherlands. "Art continues to fascinates me, and I believe that experimentation is key to growing as an artist." In addition to painting, collage and mixed media, I am currently experimenting with a new medium: cold wax and oil paint.
